Recently I received several of your Epson cartridges from you LV office for
sampling. I was looking for a replacement for my current vendor. The Normal
and Photo cartridges I received did not work, of the eight cartridges
installed (in matching sets) three would not clear after several cleaning
cycles and two would not print (as if empty). Yes, I removed the shipping
clips. The lesson is: no matter how good your product we all have bad days.
BTW - other that the starter cartridges this printer has had only compatible
cartridges.
