If someone could link the best value for DDR4 2666mhz 2x8GB RAM it would be appreciated.

Yes sounds like a decent deal. The 2666 ddr4 i listed has a slightly lower cas latency of 15 vs 16 on the ram you linked. You won't really notice this difference so i would get the ram you linked.

You should be able to get your memory to 2666 but no further thanks to the b series chipset. I would buy the lower cas latency since you cant overclock speed, but if the c19 is much cheaper, i would get that.
