As said above I'm looking to upgrage my motherboard. My current set up is:

Motherboard; Msi Micro ATX H110M Pro-VD Plus
Memory; Corsair Vengence 16GB(2x8) DDR4 3000 MHz
Cpu; Intel i7-7700k @4.2GHz
Cpu Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Gpu; Saphire Radeon Pulse Rx 5700 XT
Psu; Evga Supernova 80+ Gold 750 Watts

Reasons for wanting a replacement:

Motherboard doesn't support CPU overclocking.
Motherboard's max Ram clock speed is 2400GHz.
Motherboard doesn't support Dual Channel Memory.
Motherboard has only 2 Ram slots.
Motherboard only has 4 sata ports.
Motherboard only has 1 Pcie x16 and the 2 Pcie x8 are cover by the Gpu.

What I'm looking for in a Motherboard:

Good For highend gaming and VR.
ATX size
Supports CPU Overclocking.
4 Rams slots with over 3000Ghz capability and Dual Channel Mode
Multiple Sata ports.
3 Pin Fan Voltage controller.
Pcie x16 3.0
Price of around $200, willing to go above that, though the less expensive the better.

Sell your 7700k, and get an R5 3600, and an x570 board. Spending that much money, on a dead platform, is a horrible idea. Also no PCI-E 4.0, as mentioned above, unless you go with 3rd gen Ryzen, and an X570 board. You can get an AM4 bracket, from coolermaster, for your hyper 212.
