[SOLVED] Looking to upgrade aging PC

I have had my PC for almost 7 years now and it has been holding up... for the most part. I have been playing most games on medium to low settings and for newer titles, I have been forced to scale down my resolution to 1280 x 720. In games such as CS:GO I can consistently get around 120 fps on high settings but in Warzone and other more graphically intensive games, even after scaling down, I only get around 40 fps with a CPU time of 10 and GPU time of 20. I am not looking to spend a lot of money, I want to stay in the neighbourhood of 300-400 dollars. I would really appreciate any recommendations or guidance on how to improve my performance on a budget.

My current specs are:

Gigabyte GTX 660 running at 1032MHz
i7 2660 running at 3.5 GHz
Asus P8B75-M motherboard
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB HDD
8GB DDR3 RAM
Cooler Master Extreme 2 - 725W Power Supply

to get an additional performance boost you would need a motherboard and CPU and RAM upgrade
