As the title states, I'm looking to upgrade from AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor to a AMD - Ryzen 5 5600X 4th Gen 6-core processor.
My motherboard is a MSI X370 GAMING PRO CARBON AM4 AMD, which as I understand it has recently gotten support for the 5000 series with a new BIOS update from MSI. Specifically, the BIOS update is 7A32v1NY found at the motherboard website below.

Now my questions is whether or not my research is right? Is all of this correct and if I go through the process of installing the new CPU and updating the BIOS, I shouldn't have any foreseeable issues, correct? For the record, I would follow the BIOS update method shown below.

Anyone able to spot check me? and sorry for all of the external links, I'm just trying to cover my bases and minimize the different possibilities of what could go wrong.
