Here is a part list based on the 9700K which will provide max FPS but of course Ryzen will be cheaper especially if you go Ryzen 3600... Still for pure gaming the 9700K is about as good as it gets with only the 9900K being just a bit better. As for longevity, the 9700K will last you a long time at least 2 generations of Ryzen and Intel and by then we will be well into new architecture on both sides. Also the 9700K seems to have
dropped to just £315...from £390. Might be a mistake by Amazon UK but...
