Well, I have a PC with these specs:
a320m asrock hdv-4.03
Ryzen 5 2600,
RX 5600 XT,
16 gb ram dual channel 3200mhz,
240gb ssd,
1tb hdd, .
My problem is that whenever I use a shader in Minecraft, the fps go below 60 and stays around 20-45, it doesn't matter if I'm using a texture pack or not it's only when I'm using shaders, but, when I turn off the shaders the fps go to 200-300 even with the same texture pack. I'm adding pics for you all to see.
I'm using AMD RADEON 20.4.2 drivers because with the latest drivers (20.8.3) the game doesn't even starts with shaders, I even assigned 10GB ram to the game to see if it was the problem and nothing changed, I'm desperate and hoping you all can help me.
Sorry for my english, thank you all so much. I must say that in some images the fps counter shows 60 fps or above it, well, don't look it that much because the game almost everywhere stays around 20-45. Oh, and one more thing, I can run any other game at ultra 60 fps or above, even Horizon Zero Dawn and it won't even lag.
