Question Low Fps On gtx 1080 for League Of Legends

My fps hovers at around 100 through 80 at all settings and I have no idea why It its at such a low amount
I've Reinstalled drivers
Messed around with 3d settings in nvidia and I've alsoreset my pc completely
I get 120+ fps in games like Apex legends and R6S at max settings aswell.
Specs are
Gpu: Gtx 1080
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core
16 gigs of ram
Any help from people good at thise kind of stuff or those who have had the same experiences as me would be appreciated
I've also tried overclocking both cpu and gpu aswell as underclocking.

I have exact the same problem and have tried alot too, still only have -130 fps when i had like 300 2 months ago.
Doesn't make any sense to me, tell me pls if you have a fix for this problem.
My League also makes my pc lag for no reason.
