i had rx570 before rx6800xt and im getting same fps values as rx570 with rx6800xt i just bought the gpu from second hand market when i tested it it had no issues with sellers pc

Mixing system memory can lead to instability.

What speed is that memory running at? 2400 is quite slow for Ryzen, but it may have defaulted to 2133, so you might actually want to pick up a proper 3200 or 3600 memory kit to get your CPU performance where it should be.

the likely issue is power delivery. your gpu,, has a minimum recommend psu of 850w... and your current psu is only 750w. and you have you daisy-chain/pig-tail your 2 gpu 8pin connectors. which puts extra pressure on that 1 cable. so it power limits. it.. if you had a better psu with 2 seperate 8pin connectors. you would be getting better results. ( you could buy sata to pcie 8 pin connector and do it that way it , but an 850w psu with 2 single pcie 8 pins would be best for clean pure power.. .

also with the B450 board your only getting pcie 3.0 x16 where you gpu has 4.0x16 so your loosing FPS..
you could also try flicking your "dual bios" switch from "silent"-to - "performance/oc" it located on the card right near where the gpu mounts to the back of the case.. .

In this case, the PSU cannot cause any significant drop in FPS. Ryzen 5500 can have a peak consumption of up to 60W, 6800XT up to 320 (and this is a peak, not a constant consumption). Otherwise, there is nothing big there. PCIE 3.0 vs 4.0 the loss is almost negligible.

My son has been using an RX 6800XT in his PC with a Corsair 650W PSU for a few years now and nothing has burned out yet...

i did the update and checked ram speed and its 2133mhz
This is exactly what we were worried about, 2133 is really low. Can't you get the same Patriot 3200 that you already have in your PC somewhere? How many FPS are you getting now after the BIOS update, has it improved?

Edit: Of course a proper 3200 or 3600 memory kit as Eximo wrote would be ideal...
