Question low fps w/R5 2400g and Vega 11

Before, my PC had an SSD and until then everything was working normally. But on a certain day, my OS gave a blue screen and wouldn't turn on anymore, the problem was with the SSD, so I bought a new hard drive and performed the exchange, installed the hard drive and formatted it for w10 pro, performed all the installations of the updates that were pending there on Windows Update and I downloaded AMD's driver detector and installed everything you asked for. After all this process, I went to play my dear CSGO, but my FPS was horrible, already in the lobby with 60 FPS and in the game with 25/40 FPS, I tried in every way to fix it and I couldn't. I'm looking to you guys to see if I can fix this problem.

Yes, I'm sure. I downloaded the DDU, uninstalled the installed video driver, went to the processor manufacturer's website (AMD), downloaded the driver detector they made, installed and downloaded the most updated driver for both chipset and gpu
