Hello, I have a problem that just recently surfaced which involves my PC being startup for the first time and has very low frames. My mouse, applications and the significant decrease in frames is very noticeable.
My audio is also seen to have a static noise everytime this stutter happens.
The bandaid method I have come up with is shutting down my PC from the power button, and starting it up again. This is because pressing "Shut down" or "Restart" from the Windows start menu and Ctrl+Alt+Delete do not do anything, it becomes stuck on the "Shutting down..." or "Restarting..." process.
My pc specs:
SSD: M.2 970 EVO
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
PSU: NZXT C650 80+ GOLD
GPU: GALAX RTX 2070 Super
RAM: Trident Z 3200mhz 16gb
MB: B450 Tomahawk Max
