Low GPU usage in certain games

Hello, in certain games I am getting low framerates and I think its due to my GPU usage being between 20-60% especially on Battlefield: Bad Co 2 and Chivalry Medieval Warfare.. While I get 100% usage on games like Battlefield 3, BLOPS 2, and CS:GO with good performance.
My System:
MSI Radeon 7770 @ 1000/1100
8GB G.Skill @ 1333MHz
AMD Phenom II X4 945 @ 3.0GHz
Corsair CX430

Well what are you running Battlefield 3 on. And its just possible that the horsepower required for BC2 isn't as high. You have a 7770 which is a entry level card its not supposed to light the house on fire.

I run BF3 on Auto settings (Mix of med-high) and I get 50-60 frames with 100% load. I play BFBC2 on the lowest and get 30-45 with 40-60% load.

What happens when you turn up the settings in BFBC2 does your load go up?

it may be a case of newer hardware doesn't always work well/is not optimized for on older games. http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/amd_radeon_hd_7750_and_7770_review,17.html
have a look at that. adjust your details to the same as in the review and see if you get something like they get (keep in mind they use a more powerful cpu in their test system). In this game the 7770 performs quite bad, when in other games it can match or beat the 6850.
And make sure you have the latest AMD drivers installed.
