Low Res TV

Does anybody know if software exists that would let me display to a tv at a low resolution like 320x240? Or is that dependent on the tv out chip? I want to be at a low resolution so that I can read the text on the tv screen. Do you think I should just enlarge the icons and text so that they will be readable? What do you think?

This is a big problem. For instance, when you set your TV to 640x480, it's still blurry, and many of your menues don't even fit the screen! That includes the menu you use to...set the resolution! Ouch!

So my suggestion is, use custom fonts if needed and large icons.
