Question M5A97 R2.0 not booting

I have m5a97 r2.0 whenever I turn it on it runs for few secs and the turns off. Is it dead?

Unknown, could be PSU or any other number of causes.

Ok now its stable but no display, Once the display came by pressing the direct key button. After that no display. Could you please help me with the buttons and dubug options on the motherboard
