Macrium cloned disk missing partitions. Please help

I cloned my old ssd to a new ssd but it wouldnt boot. created a recovery media but it still did not work. Macrium successfully cloned my old disk to the new one. Or so it says. The logs even confirm that the clone was successful. But for some reason my pc cannot detect my new ssd and it shows up in disk management as having an unallocated partition. On macrium I can see the disk but it shows only two partitions with the rest being empty. Only my first 2 partitions show up. The partitiong thats supposed to contain the most things vanished somehow. Please help

Can you boot with old disk ( new disk connected) and show screenshot from Disk Management?

The old disk is still available and bootable. Only the new disk has issues. Imgur is currently not responding. What alternatives can I use?

Redo cloning.
You cloned only first 2 partitions.

Note - after cloning is done, you have to disconnect old drive physically for first boot from cloned drive.
If you fail to follow this, you'll have to redo cloning again.

Also - if you have fast boot enabled in BIOS, then disable it.
And disable fast startup in windows.

Make sure, you have disabled Fast Boot in BIOS and
Fast Startup in windows before cloning.

These settings can cause problems, when you have multiple different OS drives.

In windows you can turn off Fast Startup by disabling hibernation.
From elevated command prompt execute

powercfg -h off​

To turn off Fast Boot, you have to go into BIOS,
find Fast Boot setting and disable it.
For different motherboards this setting can be located in different places.
If you have a problem finding it, then you'd have to find your motherboard model first.
You can find model name with CPU-Z - motherboard section.

Please help. It did not work. I ran into the same issue again where only 2 partitions were cloned

Try a different cloning software.
Your target drive is Samsung. Right?
You can use Samsung Magician - Data Migration feature.

You can also use Minitool Partition Wizard free - to copy partitions.

As a last resort, you could makd and then restore an image of the drive...rather than clone it. Macrium can do it.

Did you have any errors? Can you show a screenshot?

How can I be sure minitool will work?

You try it and see if partition copy is successful or not.
I have no idea, what you're doing wrong there.

May be your clone source/target drives have developed some problems?
Can you show screenshot from Hdtune health (for both drives) ?

I just checked crystal disk info and it says my nvm subsystem reliability has been degraded. Could that have something to do with it?

CrystalDiskInfo doesn't show enough info. It just shows - drive health critical.
Please show HDtune health screenshots.

Run it and show screenshot with Health tab (unless health tab is empty).
You can also run error scan. See, if that causes any error messages.
