Max Components for Abit NF7-S v2.0?

Hello to all!

I am looking to do MAX out my current Mobo which is an Abit NF7-S v2.0. This is not my primary computer but we do game with this one too. I want to take this one as far as it will go.

I would like to go for:
-2GB ram (minimum)
-Max processor (Socket 462, Athlon XP-M, 400FSB is max)
-max video card
-(new PSU) if necessary

Ideas? Can you link me to your resources for figuring all this out?

I am also going to upgrade my Game Machine to a mid-line dual core system but will work on that in another thread...

Actually have a XP Barton-M 2500 that I picked up in 2004! Great buy huh!? So I guess I will just pass it from my main machine to my secondary machine...

I have an Antec LAN Boy case with Antec 350W SmartBlue. Sound like enough power?

Why the PCI-e power connector? I assume the XFX7600 is PCI-e? But does my MoBo have that cability?

Asus 6800

For similiar price, the ASUS 6800 is 512MB but core clock is 325MHZ.

Would that run faster i.e. better because it has more RAM?

Just looking to get the most from the MoBo I currently have on hand. Would like to upgrade it to the limit it can go. I don't necessarily want to spend extra on ultra components but things that will work well and take the MoBo as high as it will go.
