Question Memory errors playing games.

So, I'm getting a lot of memory errors when opening and closing games "The memory referenced at bla bla bla could not be read/written".

It only really happen when opening or closing a game, but every now and again a game will crash giving a similar error. It's not always the game giving the error either, Forza Horizon 4 for example crashes with a error for explorer.exe

I've run tens of runs of memtest86, run every test multiple times and haven't received a single error.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing it? Corrupt OS files maybe?

My specs are:
7800X3D
2X16GB of Corsair Dominator Platinum 6000MT/s
RTX 4080
