Question Memory Management BSOD

My build is only one month old and did not start blue screening until the past couple of days.

Build:
i5 9600k
MSI z390 a pro
16gbs gskill aegis 3000mhz
RTX 2070

I had my RAM at 2700mhz because I didn't want to mess with the voltage and my pc was constantly blue screening. I have a 1tb 860 evo from my old build, I didn't do a fresh install of windows or any games I simply stuck it into my computer which I feel may be a problem. Whenever I run windows memory diagnostic it says that the file is missing and I have to put in the USB or Disk to repair it which I do but the same error keeps popping up. I've taken out my RAM and looked it over and saw no physical damage to either stick. I was debating about wiping my ssd and starting fresh but wanted more opinions on my BSOD problem.

this is why we recommend a clean install of Windows whenever you change a motherboard. In booting from the old installation, drivers for the old motherboard are loaded, and this can cause conflicts with the new motherboard's hardware.

Then should I just erase me whole SSD and do a clean install of windows?

I actually ran memtest86 and got 10,000 errors and then tested each stick individually and one passes every time while the other gets the 10,000 errors. I still plan on doing a fresh install of windows.

Well, Any error on Memtest86 is too many. Also look at RMAing your memory kit.

Do you have the latest BIOS?

Test each module to see if one performs differently than the other, if so, send them in for RMA exchange:
