[SOLVED] Memory slots?

I have an Acer Aspire a515-41g-12ax which currently had 8 GB of RAM. I read that its motherboard (BR Wartortle bs) can support up to 16 GB of RAM, and that it has 2 ram slots. Finding the first slot is easy enough, but I can't find a second slot. Does anyone have any insight into this?

Solution
That specific laptop model only has a single RAM slot. This restricts your maximum memory support to 8GB max.

EDIT:
There is a possibility that a 16GB stick can work but I cannot guarantee that it will. In this case it would be best to try a company that allows you to return an item for a refund if it doesn't work. This stick might work but I really cannot guarantee it:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820232149
It is listed on Newegg's Memory Finder as compatible with an Acer Aspire 5 A515-41G-T6S0 which isn't quite the same laptop.
Typical place to find memory slots is on the underside of the chassis (typical) and under the keyboard.

From what I am reading though, the AMD based systems from this lineup only have one user accessible memory slot. And that 4GB is soldered on internally. Not 100% sure though, there are quite a few suffixes under A515-41G and there is a lot of shared information with the 51G.

I can't seem to find an image of the bare board.

I've read that as well. However, the accessible slot does have the full 8 GB chip installed, and it is removable. Also, I can't seem to remove the keyboard, as it's a single piece of plastic.

Also, there seems to be very little information about this motherboard. I can't even find the manufacturer's website.

Well that's unfortunate. I wonder why Speccy and Crucial both said it had 2 slots. Anyways, thanks for your time and help.
