Is there an upgrade available with Movie Maker to allow you to create menus?

Hello Mary,

Movie Maker does not have a menu system. You need to use a DVD authoring
Package (If you have a DVD Writer) or a VCD or SVCD authoring package if you
want to put it on a CD.
