Messed up task menu

So my Ctrl+Alt+Delete task menu has got messed up ....

Please can anyone help with resetting it please?

the part of the window right about where it says file, Double click that and the normal screen should show up.

damn, your shell is messed up man
safe mode gives you the same problem? i think you need register some DLLs or something
