[SOLVED] Micro stutters / Micro freezes with new build

Every 30 seconds - 2 minutes, i get a micro stutter either in games, or just on windows doing work.

3 processes spike the CPU up about 4%, Windows Explorer, System, and Start when the freezes occur.

Ran UserBenchMark and got pretty average ratings.

Here are my specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3900X 3.8 GHz 12-Core
Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB DDR4-3200
Video Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 TI 11 GB
Power Supply: Corsair RMx 850 W Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Issue has continued since first boot. I have updated BIOS, all drivers, and reinstalled GPU drivers twice. Ram speed was reclocked in BIOS. Everything else is stock speed.

Would this matter for the issue I am having? I get the micro stutters even if my CPU is at 3% usage.

Many people reporting the stutter issue. I has been happening even with the 1st generation Ryzens. AMD is finally getting some fixes for it.

Sorry to both you again, but do you have any sources for those stuttering issues? I cant seem to find any specific information on that issue.

A lot of complaints, but not a lot of information out there, and whatever is, is rather spotty.

I think it has something to do with the way a Ryzen schedules which core to what task. Here is a workaround that one person found....
