[SOLVED] Microphone randomly adjusting levels

After my Windows update a couple of days ago I've been getting weird random mic adjustments, it's normal for a couple of hours then it randomly starts to adjust.

It is not so randomly. Seen this earlier. Seems you have some automatic sound level adjusting enabled. Seems it was in effect for all who use Microsoft Teams now. So far only fix is to install VB-CABLE as workaround.

But I do not use microsoft teams, I'm just in discord.

Then check your audio control panel software and Sound settings in Windows. Maybe in Discord itself. In one of them you will find that guilty auto lever adjustment checkbox who must be unticked.
