Mini itx dual lan underclocking

Hello,

I'm interested in finding a miniITX motherboard that has dual gigabit ethernet and underclocking/undervolting capabilities for the CPU. I do not want an Atom or AMD equivalent, an LGA1155 motherboard would be ideal.
