Missing Control Panel Icons

I was playing around with X-Setup Pro ver 6 and wiped out over half of the icons on the control panel including add and delete programs. How can I restore them?

you need to renable them in x-setup pro.
Could also try uninstaling it and see if it brings them back.

Neither worked.

If you are in category view, not classic, select "other options" from the menu on the left and it should show the icons you could install. Other than that, no clue.
