Hello

I'm getting a new system in a week or two. I've already chosen the cpu - Athlon64 6000+ and vga - 8800gt.
Now I'm wondering what mobo (asus/gigabyte/something else) would fit my needs the best.
What I'm looking for is a non-sli motherboard with onboard audio and ddr2 800 (i've already bought the 2x1gb ddr2 800)

I guess Asus would be the best choice... but who knows.

At the end of my google search, i found this -> ASUS M2N-X, nF520 MCP, AM2, 2D2-800, E16
Is it the one?

If not, please recommend something :)

Thanks in advance

Splurge = 790FX, just search for it at your online store

high-end = 590 SLI, ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe/Wireless

mid-range = ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe

budget = BIOSTAR TForce 550 SE or 560 A+

i have an M2N-E.
it is rock solid.
non SLI.
about $100-$110
though i use a soundcard and not the onboard sound.
it has digital coax out but not optical, if that matters.
