Question MOBO status leds keep switching between CPU and DRAM

I got a aorus b450 pro with a ryzen 7 3700X and 16gb of corsair vengeance ram.
Its been a week that my pc keeps posting super slow and the status leds on the mobo are switching back and forth between cpu and dram before going to the gpu led and then booting the system.
This process is kinda weird because the red light stays red in the "ram label" for a longer period of time before switching back to the Cpu and every time the system post after this happens the CMOS gets resetted but I eventually manage to get to Windows. (this happens only when the pc gets turned ON after a long time or when it gets unplugged completely.)

Note: THINGS I TRIED WITHOUT SUCCESS:
1) change the cmos battery
2)change the ram sticks and slots
3)flash the bios
4)uninstall and re-install the gigabyte bios manager
5)load the "optimized default" bios
6) start the system without using the dual channel
7)start the system without gpu

Check that all power cables, cards, jumpers, and RAM are all fully and firmly seated.

Everything is seated correctly and my BIOS version is F41, which is compatible with Ryzen 3000 processors
