Question Monitor doesn't turn on after wakee up laptop

Hi,
my monitor doesn't turn on after wake up laptop. I have to unlupg hdmi and power cable and then plug it again so laptop can detect it. Unplug only one of these doesn't work, i have to replug both. On the internt i found solution, where u have to off PCI Express in battery settings and that help a lot of people, but in my case i cant do it. After setting it off, when i sleep and wake up laptop it is changed to "maximum energy saving", even when i created new plan where default mode was "off" after sleeping it changed to "maximum energy saving".
Do u have any solution to detect monitor after sleeping or how to change permanently PCI Express?

update the display drivers, Bios of the laptop and system drivers

try using hotkeys "windows" + "p" to extend the monitor again

My drivers are up to date

This shortcut doesn't work, like there is no monitor plugged into laptop. If i click detect in display settings, there shows "didnt detect another display".

I didn't have any problems with this monitor with my older laptop, it started after changing to new one.
