Question Monitor for Adobe & YouTube

Hey!
I'm a novice, I am between eitehr the sony a6400 and the a7iii. I'm leaning a6400 for price.
It shoots 1080 at 120p.
Do I need a monitor that has a 120p refresh rate to take advantage of this?
Does the monitor need to be 4k to edit 4k video?
Any monitor suggestions? I'll be using adobe premiere/cc..
Also if my camera is going to be 'mostly' stationary, and I'll be filming myself (comedy skits, highly edited) is there a reason to choose one camera over the other?
I'm unclear how important color reproduction is going to be for me. I will be editing things heavily, but will color really matter if I'm not shooting movies?

Monitor does not "need" to be 4k but it will certainly be better if you are going to want to see how the video looks like in a true way. Same thing for the refresh rate.

I would suggest a color accurate 4k monitor, Dell has some decent ones. Of course they are not the best for gaming due to 60hz refresh.

You can go from a $300ish basic IPS 4k 27" screen to a gaming spec 1440p screen with a high refresh rate, really depends on what your main goals are, color and display accuracy or something more flexible for general use and gaming. https://www.ign.com/articles/2018/08/22/the-best-ips-monitors
