Question monitor randomly loses signal in windows not in linux

I have my monitor connected via HDMI(MB) to DVI in the monitor,
processor is A10-7700.

On linux I dont have any issues, in windows same configuration, the screen go blank for a couple of seconds and come back to normal.
Looks like a driver issue on windows, windows and linux use the latest catalyst driver.
This didnt happen before, but the old drivers 12-14.x are not available anymore.
(tested most on the amd page that are available now)

Also, if I use the VGA cable there is no problem. just a bit worst image quality.

There is a know problem for amd windows drivers?

Can you please list the specs to your build like so:

?

With that, have you tried looking for your drivers on your motherboard's support site? They tend to have older drivers there, as opposed to AMD's site having a cut off point. BIOS version for your motherboard?
