Question Monitor Shutting off

For some reason when I try to watch a video and play a game it will go just fine for a while but then in the middle of gaming the monitors will shut off for no reason and I can still hear the game and video but the monitors will say no signal if anyone knows anything to help me fix this pls help(p.s. drives are up to date and the monitor is a sceptre 27” curved gaming LED monitor)

Likely not a display issue Try updating graphics drivers, then motherboard chipset.

chipset driver is on the motherboard maker did you try to use another monitor to see if it does the same if not then the other might be defecitve and need rma .

I have a second monitor and they both turn off I didn’t know there was drives for the motherboard I’m trying to install them now to see if it helps

Well now here’s an update it didn’t end up working and now if I even try to just game I’ll be on for a few seconds then it just turns the monitor off for no reason pls help I just want a working computer again

Is it a radeon GPU? This could be a strange graphics driver issue...
