Question Monitors randomly started going into power save

I’ve recently gotten a new GPU (Rx 480) to be exact and recently I noticed when I run more demanding games the monitor will go into power save. I know it’s the GPU because I plugged in another one into the same system and it worked fine. Now I did check and add new thermal paste in case it was thermals but it worked fine for a bit and now randomly goes into power save. I did check cables and everyone works fine but monitors power saving when under high load on PC

Probably an not enough power from PSU but no spec difficult to tell

I do know its either PSU or GPU but im not sure which bc i tested with an older gpu (GTS 450 Superclocked) and it worked fine but with the rx 480 it goes into power save. Please note too that i had this card for a little over a month and it didnt have issues and it randomly started a little after I started playing VR. so thats what lead me to PSU but recommended for the 480 is 550 and minimum is 500
