[SOLVED] Monitors turns off and pc restarts automatically when pushed!

Hi, when i use my pc and launch a semi demanding operation, without any hints the monitor freezes, turns off and the pc restarts automatically even though the fans, cooler etc never stops in between the restart of the monitor (and supposedly the pc itself)
Sometimes the monitor doesn’t restart and i have a supposedly turned off monitor while all cables are correct and the pc is on!

It sounds similar to when I used to have a power supply that wasn't up to the task of providing enough power to my GPU.

Yea i thought so too, but i bought a corsair cx650m but the problem remains dont know what to do

I use OCCT run the stress tests one at a time. It might point to the problem.

Is it on a power strip?

it could be an overheating issue watch your cpu and gpu temps with gpuz.

run a memory test ( memtest86)

try your gpu in another computer if you can

Hi, thanks for the info, I discovered my gpu (rtx 760) fan is making alot of sound and that might be the problem, my cpu has a new cooler so i dont think thats the problem .

Hi, bought a new psu (cx650m), and it didnt solve anything, i discovered that my gpu (rtx760) fan is the fan making noise and somerhing is weong with it, can that be the culprit for fractures on my screen and random restarts?

Try plugging into a different one and a different outlet
