I have a asrock b550am gaming motherboard

ryzen 5 4500(brand new)

2x8 team group rgb ram 3200mhz(brand new)

i also tried Xpg d41 2x8 3000mhz(tested already)

Zotac rtx 2080(tested already)

All the case fans start to spin, also cpu cooler and gpu. And ram rgb turns on

But there are 2 debug lights on the motherboard for CPU & DRAM.

how do I fix so these lights go away and let me boot up as it’s in a boot loop currently.

i already tried swapping the ram and takin the cmos battery out every time, but still nothing.

Seems to me like the BIOS might be inadequate for the motherboard in order to work with that CPU and ram combo. If the processor and ram are known working on another motherboard, then the issue is with your motherboard. The AM range of boards were meant for System Integrators like Cyberpower PC.

Might want to read through this post;

in case your board is indeed in need of a BIOS update.
