Question mouse and keyboard delay/input lag

I'm having a problem for a while, my mouse and keyboard have a kind of delay and input lag, I've tried everything and nothing resolves, I suspect my source, because it has some kernel errors, what do you think?

Is everything you tried include testing them on another system and doing a clean Windows setup with clean driver setup? Or a BIOS and driver update on the motherboard?

Saying you "tried everything" is not very helpful to trouble-shooting. If you actually tried everything that would mean there is no fix, or you did not try actually try everything yet but what you tried already is a guess so there is no good way for anyone to suggest things you did not try yet.

Sim, testei outros sistemas como o Windows 8 e Linux Ubuntu, troquei os periféricos, ram, monitor, placa mãe, processador, SSD, gabinete, a única coisa que não mudei foi a fonte, por isso queria saber se é possível que a fonte seja o problema, não quero comprar outra fonte por nada
