I have an R41108 wired optical mouse with two thumb controls on the left side. How do I change the functionality or disable them? Control Panel/Mouse Properties doesn't give me any options.

goto support.dell.com and click drivers / manuals.

Find whatever computer you got the mouse with and see if they have a driver for it. Otherwise, you could try to avoid pushing them when you're viewing webpages and such !
