Does anyone know how to download Movie Maker 2 WITHOUT having to download
windows XP Service Pack 2.

Movie Maker 2 is only available when SP2 is installed.
There are no workarounds to circumvent this requirement
since it requires the updated system files installed with SP2.

You *need* SP2 on your computer. Why do you not want to install it?
