Question MSI 550W "growling" sound under load

so i got this a550bn msi psu new sealed and it functions all right a part from the fact it makes an annoying "growling" sound while under load. sometimes under heavy load it makes a double sound with the first one being normal and the second one right after the first generating a like-echo sound.
is this to be worried about? at the moment i dont have any problems other than the annoying sound. im planning on returning it as soon as holidays finish

load = games like rocket league heavy = cyberpunk
