Hello

I'm looking to pick a monitor but I am stuck between these 2 monitors and they are at the same price

MSI G274QPX
ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQML1A

Which one do you recommend me to get guys ? that's better overall ?

Thank you so much

Compare official specs;
Asus: https://www.asus.com/displays-desktops/monitors/tuf-gaming/tuf-gaming-vg27aqml1a/techspec/
MSI: https://www.msi.com/Monitor/G274QPX/Specification

that's better overall ?
Difficult to tell since there are no Rtings review of both of them. Only Asus one.
The MSI monitor is 240 Hz and has G-sync. In the Rtings site, they have the review of MSI 170 Hz and Freesync model.

Here's the comparison to the Asus one: https://www.rtings.com/monitor/tools/compare/msi-g274qpf-qd-vs-asus-tuf-gaming-vg27aql1a/38940/15402

Now, i can not tell if the MSI 240Hz one has the same panel as MSI 170Hz one or not. Whereby only diff is higher refresh rate and G-sync support. If so, panel performance can be considered from the Rtings data.
But if the MSI 240Hz monitor has different panel, then Rtings data about MSI monitor can't be considered. But you still have in-depth data about Asus monitor.

Personally, i wouldn't pick neither of the two, mainly because poor contrast ratio. For me, min contrast ratio must be 3000:1 (e.g VA panel). While these two have it at 1000:1 (IPS panel).

Do you have any good monitors suggestions ?
for 1440p 240hz 27 with V legs and adjustable height ?

Well, AOC Q27G3XMN would be great monitor;

But it's only 180Hz. In other aspects, matches what you're looking for, and has cheap price as well (300 bucks);

To match your 240 Hz target, there's Asus Rog Strix OLED XZ27AQDMG;
review: https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/asus/rog-strix-oled-xg27aqdmg

Since it has OLED panel, it costs more than VA or IPS panel. Price wise, more than AOC but cheaper than MSI (650 bucks). So, good middle ground.

What does meet your requirements + then some (360 Hz), would be MSI MPG 271QRX QD-OLED;
review: https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/msi/mpg-271qrx-qd-oled

Due to QD-OLED panel, it also costs accordingly (860 bucks). But it is the best 2K (1440p) gaming monitor currently out there.

MSI and Asus doesn't have V-shaped stand. But since they have VESA 100x100 mount, you can buy different stand for them.
