Question MSI M15 Stealth laptop won't go to sleep

I have a MSI M15 Stealth laptop.
Sometimes, when I put it to sleep, the keyboard lights and the monitor turn off, but the cooler does not. The under-keyboard lights also remain on (blue). This happened in the past week more often than usual.

I have the latest BIOS update. Windows 11. Chipset drivers installed.
Today I activated the ErP link in BIOS (was inactive) and deactivated "CPU C state" (was active), but this didn't change anything.

The laptop case is quite hot, but the CPU utilization is 1%.

FAN 1: 0 to 2500 RMP
FAN 2: 3500 to 3600 RMP

The MSI Center has a test called "System suspend". I ran it and it says "Passed".

How do I fix this? I don't know if it is a hardware issue or an OS issue.

Does the cooler ever turn off? (Consider that it may keep running anyway until the applicable temperatures reach a specific lower value.)

What sleep/power settings are configured?

You can use the "powercfg /list" command (without quotes) via the Command Prompt to view the current configuration.

Actually, I am afraid about that. Maybe my laptop is not broken. Maybe the cooler was supposed to remain on in sleep mode.
As I said, the cooler sometimes turns off, sometimes not. I now realize that it may remain on AFTER I played a game. On the other hand, it should cool down the laptop and shutdown itself in the next 10 minutes, right?

Sometimes, when I put my MSI M15 Stealth laptop to sleep, the keyboard lights and the monitor turn off, but the cooler does not. The under-keyboard lights also remain on (blue). This happened in the past week more often than usual.
I have the latest BIOS update. Windows 11. Chipset drivers installed.
The laptop case is quite hot, but the CPU utilization is 1%.

FAN 2: 3500 to 3600 RMP

MSI support is not very helpful (please restart your laptop bullshit).

Can anyone help me interpret the powercfg report?
