Question MSI or ASRock?

I want to buy a quality B450 Motherboard for Ryzen 5 2400G. Based on overclock which one from below will be better? Please leave your brand bias and specify the reason

#MSI B450M Bazooka Plus --
#ASRock B450M Pro4 --

Note :: I don't care much about the look.

The Bazooka Plus has more power phases, so if you're looking to overclock on the cheap, it's probably the better option.

Considering the CPU, you don't need much for overclocking. You will be fine with either of them. Get the cheapest.

Even for the 2400G I'd want more than a three phase VRM configuration. Consider, it's a four core part with four additional hyperthreads. Even though it's only 65w, that's non-boost power draw. At higher boost clocks it will pull significantly more and even on 95w 4/8 processors there is always problems with power delivery when overclocking on low power phase motherboards. I'd want at least four phases, minimum. Regardless of the CPU model. Even a G3258 Haswell.
