Question MSI RTX 3080 Gaming Z Trio VBIOS flash

I am thinking about flashing a differnt BIOS e.g. the Suprim X one on my card to raise the power limit from 380 to 430 cause my card is always powerlimited. I am a little sceptical tho since i have never flashed a vbios before and the card does not have a dual bios. Anyone flashed the bios on this card already and knows which works. I've got the 10GB LHR version of the card so i think i would need the bios from a 10GB LHR version card as well am i right?
