Hey, looking for a bit of advice, recently obtained an Msi z370 GPC, booted up and no post just the rgb, Cpu and dram debug lights flashing alternately.
I’ve tried clearing the cmos, tested the dimm slots individually and checked for any bent pins, tried with an 8th and 9th gen Cpu and different brands/sizes/speeds of ram but still the same result,

Any further advice would be appreciated

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
please include the age of the PSU being used apart from it's make and model.

Which slots are the ram(s) populating on the motherboard? For the sake of relevance, it might be a good idea to pass on an image of the CPU's socket on the motherboard in case you might've missed a bent pin.

If your motherboard is indeed bricked due to a corruption in the BIOS, then you cannot reflash the BIOS in your current state since the board isn't equipped to do so. You'll need a CH341A BIOS Programmer toolkit, and reflash the BIOS with the latest BIOS version.
