MSN Messenger - Remote Assistance

I saw this question before, but there was no answer..

When accessing MSN Messenger - Remote access - I am receiving the
following message:

Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is not accessible

Access is denied.

I’ve disabled firewalls. I’ve enabled sharing. I’ve pulled out all
my hair. Please help!
