Question My computer doesnt boot sometimes and has graphical errors and game crashes with new CPU and MotherBoard

My old specs (I HAVE A FRESH INSTALL OF WINDOWS AND ALL MY DRIVERS ARE INSTALLED LATEST BIOS ASWELL)
Cpu: i5 8600k
asus z370-a
Rog 2060super
corsair vengence 2666mhz 16gb 2 sticks
and some corsair 750w psu
corsair h100I watercooler.

NEW SPECS
Ryzen 7 5800x
ROG B550-F wifi II

The computer was having issues booting with a red cpu light. after getting to bios and setting my xmp it now boots most of the time. Whenever i launch a game it crashes at a random point even low load games like fall guys. discord and every application is having issue with black screen and reloading plus little screen bugs. the monitors sometimes turn off. or the whole pc crashes which is odd. I've been struggling with this for about a week now

Check your cpu very closely to make sure you do not have any bent pins, or thermal paste that got loose somewhere. I would also make sure your thermal plate is not screwed down too much causing pressure on cpu pins. Try one stick of memory at a time to see if you have a ram issue.

Ok so nzxt cam and rog cpu z say my ram is running at 1066 1333mhz when they are both 2666 mhz sticks. my xmp profile is set to 2666mhz
