[SOLVED] my computer is too loud when i turn it on

Hello , so i think this is a problem or will be a problem i think i have to take action of this ... it started like 2 weeks ago and still going on ... so the problem is when i turn my computer on its too loud like a machine or something you know what i mean ... as soon as the windows starts i shutdown my computer and turn it on again but then its no loud its fine ... why is this happening ? i saw threads saying its the Fans or dust ... but if that is true then why when i turn my computer on second time its all fine ? its only loud when i turn it on for the first time -_- what should i do ? its weird because if its the fans or dust problem why the second time when i turn it on its all fine ?

No, I don't know what you mean exactly, because there are different kinds of loud. It could be loud from a rushing fan, if could be loud from a bearing going bad, it could be load from a fan blade touching something.

Is this a desktop or a laptop? A couple of ideas:

1. Some folks will make a short YouTube video to share issues like this
2. When the computer is being load, move it slightly. Doesn't have to be a great amount, or fast, just enough to change its angle a bit. Does this stop the sound?

Its a desktop ... Yeah i will clean everything tomoroww or some otherday when im free ... But i just dont get it , how its possible the first time i turn on my pc its very loud i shut jt down and turn on again is fine ... That is weird.

How can i fix it ? Can i fix it with cleaning the fans ?

You need to deside which it is first. Bearing noise is the motor dying. Fan would need to be replaced. Dust, compressed air and you're done.
