Question My computer keeps randomly freezes and needs me to hard restart

I've been having this problem recently where my PC out of no where will just freeze completely, all my lights stay on, aswell as the monitors, but it is all frozen and the only thing I can do is a hard restart, any ideas on what happening?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
check cpu/gpu temp?
