So a few days back, while I was gaming for about 3 hours, I started to hear a very strange sound coming from my computer.
Reminds of some "cikt" or "click" sound. It's very hard to describe it so i recorded it, and you can clearly hear it in this audio recording (2 dropbox links):

I never had it before. At first I thought it was "Click of death" sound, that makes hard drive when it dies, and then i removed my HDD (after removing it, now i have 1 SSD with operating system, and 1 external hard drive).
I thought the problem was solved. But the next day after gaming 3-4 hours once more, that sound showed up again. But the interesting thing is, that once I close the game, the sound disappears after 4 seconds, and the next day it appears again after using a computer for high performance for at least 3-4 hours. That sound drives me nuts. Maybe someone can help? I would appreciate that.

Your description sounds like a cooling fan might be the issue. It is possible that it is unbalanced, is dragging, or maybe something is touching it. The fact that it only seems to occur under load seems to point to a fan that is broken.

Alternatively something is sparking and that is WAY worse, but could be easier to find. Just turn out all the lights in a dark room and disable as many lights in the system as possible and look for flashes... but my money is on a fan being the issue.

Well, that's very strange if the fan is broken, and sound from the fan occurs not immediately, but after a while when it's under load. And then the next day, the sound shows up after it's under loaded for some time again. But anyway, I will check my cooling fan, and will keep this thread updated.
