My computer shuts down as soon as i turn it on

Hello,

When I turn on my computer it boots up to windows and then will automatically go to Installing Stage 3 of Updates - Do not turn off your computer". Then it will automatically boot up and it does the same thing all over again. It just keep doing this over and over again. It is an HP laptop. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
