[SOLVED] My CPU and Disk peaking at 100%

Hello Tom's hardware community. I recently had encountered a problem with my system. When I launch csgo a least graphic intense game title, my CPU peaks at 100% and studders. On top of that my SSD when loading goes to the 80% range. Here are my specs
Intel Core i3-8100
PNY CS900 SSD 128GB
GTX 1050TI
Corsair Vengeance LED 2400 16GB
MSI Z370 GAMING PLUS.

For an ssd that makes sense

The CPU usage at 100%
Is probably becaus eits an i3
My sister has an i5 and she doesnt go above 50% and its 7th gen
Your CPU is low end, and your ssd doesnt seem have any issues

Its an 8th gen and it hadn't done that before. Its usually in the 40-50% range
